The purpose of this site is to occupy space. This serves as my journal and as my accountability check.
By honoring and validating my trauma, i am speaking, listening, and writing. For most of my life I was silenced and coming out of that my instincts and voice were hindered. The younger traumatized me has done well for herself. All on her own. Right now, she is doing the best she can to navigate survival mode - again.
